Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawal requests follow the same verified method you used to deposit — if you funded through PayPal, your payout routes back to that same PayPal account. We do this to keep the money chain clean and to meet account security standards. Head to the cashier, switch to the Withdraw tab, and select your method. Depending on your account verification status, we may
ask you to confirm identity before releasing the funds. We do not invent processing times, but we do prioritize accounts with completed verification because those requests move through our review queue with fewer holds.
- Open Withdraw in the Cashier — From the same cashier tab you used to deposit, select the Withdraw section and confirm your preferred payout method.
- Enter the Withdrawal Amount — Type the amount you want to cash out. Your available balance is shown above the field so you know exactly what is eligible to withdraw.
- Complete Any Pending Verification — If your account still has an open identity check, you will be prompted to submit documents before the request is approved — this protects your funds.
- Request Submitted for Review — Once submitted, your withdrawal enters our review queue. We aim to process verified accounts efficiently; you can track status in your account history.
